Job Summary

We are looking for an office assistant who is able to assist with senior managements projects and work with client files. This job will vary day to day depending upon the work loads of other employees.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare checks to be mailed.
  • Provide superior customer service to our clients.
  • Be pleasant and comfortable with answering the phone.  
  • Work on several projects at a time.
  • Create invoices.                                                                                   

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be comfortable with Microsoft Excel.
  • Be able to organize yourself to work on multiple projects.
  • Be comfortable in meeting due date requirements.
  • Willing to help other employees.

Our office offers a friendly and casual work environment. We can accommodate flex time hours of work. Pay depends upon experience and knowledge.
